Prince Harry has become ‘very weak’ – Royal expert takes shock swipe at Meghan Markle
Ms Levin was speaking on Victoria Derbyshire when she made the comments. The Royal commentator also suggested Meghan Markle believed she was “more articulate” than her husband. Meghan Markle and Prince Harry announced they would resign as ‘senior’ members of the Royal Family on Thursday evening.
Ms Levin said: “My concern is for Harry, he is obviously besotted with her but I think he has become very weak.”
Ms Derbyshire asked: “What’s your evidence for saying that?”
Ms Levin replied: “Well I think if you look at him when they’re out together she talks, she likes to talk rather than him.
“On the tour of South Africa, for example, she answered all the questions and then somebody directly asked Prince Harry something and she came in within a sentence.
“I think she feels she’s more articulate than him.
“If we go back to that interview when they got engaged he said that when he looked at her through the door he felt that he had to up his game and make good conversation.
“That is very interesting for a multimillionaire Prince to immediately put himself in a secondary position.”
Yesterday Royal Correspondent Rhiannon Mills hinted on Sky News it will be “impossible” for Prince Harry and Meghan Markle to completely step “back into the shadows”.
Ms Mills said: “There are still projects that they are really keen and passionate about.
“Things like Prince Harry’s Invictus Games, where is that going to go now?
“Meghan, she, of course, was working yesterday, they went to see some of the ladies in Grenfell.
“All these different projects that have been in the pipeline, it is going to be interesting to see how they weave that in.”

She continued: “It is going to impossible for them to completely step back into the shadows and I don’t think they want to do that.
“I think that they realise that they have this very powerful global brand.
“You have to put this in the context. This has been a very difficult year for the Queen.
“Only at the end of last year, we had Prince Andrew stepping back from public duty.”
It comes just a day after a statement from the Duke and Duchess of Sussex in which the pair announced the would “step back” as “senior” members of the Royal Family.
The duke and duchess, who have only recently returned from a six-week stay in Canada with eight-month-old son Archie, said in their statement: “After many months of reflection and internal discussions, we have chosen to make a transition this year in starting to carve out a progressive new role within this institution.
The Queen was not told prior to the statement from the Duke and Duchess of Sussex and Buckingham Palace was reportedly left “disappointed”.
The Queen has now ordered a crisis meeting with royal households, to resolve the situation with the couple, expected to take just “days not weeks”.
