Meghan Markle has faced a difficult time, with both her and her husband repeatedly speaking out against the way she has been treated since joining, and subsequently exiting the Royal family. But according to a new book, the problems began very shortly after she and Prince Harry got married in 2018.
Meghan and Harry have been careful to never publically talk about any specifics of the supposed rift after the 2019 in which he said: “We are brothers. We will always be brothers.
“We are certainly on different paths at the moment, but I will always be there for him as I know he will always be there for me.”
Sources from inside Buckingham Palace told various reporters that Prince William was furious with the comments, and since then there has been an almost radio silence from the couple on the issue.
Numerous reports here and there have emerged regarding the couple’s rift with the rest of the Royals, culminating in the couple ditching Royal life to live stateside and take up their own charitable endevours.

While no one knows what happened to cause the infighting, which resulted in the pair leaving the Firm behind with the Queen banning them from referring to themselves as Royal, one Royal expert has revealed a key date that could have snowballed into what many have called ‘Megxit’.
This week royal author Lady Colin Campbell teased her new book, Meghan and Harry: The Real Story, in which she reveals a key date that started the rift.
“I knew the tremendous amount of hope the Royal Family invested in Meghan being a success,’ the author explained in an interview with The Daily Star.
“Hundreds of millions of people of colour were rooting for Meghan, I was rooting for Meghan, being a Jamaican, I was emotionally invested in Meghan’s success.
“Virtually everybody I know, including my Royal friends, the wider aristocracy, wanted Meghan to be a success.
“But it quickly became apparent the ride may not be as smooth as everybody had hoped it would be, and it would not be quite as positive as everybody had hoped it would be.”
Speaking of the key date that led to the downfall of the royal relationship, she said: “I can’t repeat it exactly, it’s in the book, but what I can say is, something happened at the very first garden party at Buckingham Palace.
“We were all absolutely gobsmacked and astonished, we all thought this doesn’t bode well.”

Prince Charles’ birthday garden party was hosted just four days after the Duke and Duchess of Sussex tied the knot at St George’s Chapel in Windsor Castle, on May 19.
Only days later, they attended the Prince of Wales’ 70th Birthday Patronage Celebration held at Buckingham Palace on May 22, 2018.
But Lady Colin would speak no further on the issue of what actually happened, saying all will be revealed on July 28, when the book comes out.
Meghan and Prince Harry have recently been denied a trademark for their latest non-profit, Archewell.
The Sussexes are looking into creating an organisation which offers emotional support groups, multimedia education, and a website dedicated to well-being.
But according to The Sun, their application was blocked by the United States Patent and Trademark Office for being “too vague” and not being properly completed.
The newspaper claims to have seen forms filed on March 3 by Cobblestone Lane LLC, which is linked to the Beverly Hills offices of a Hollywood lawyer who has previously worked with the Duchess.
The couple are currently living in California with their son, Archie Harrison, and reportedly Meghan’s mother Dora Ragland.
