Drivers are facing huge delays of up to 14 miles on the M25 after a serious crash earlier this morning. Part of the M25 was closed earlier this morning near the clockwise exit slip road to the A2 coast bound Darenth Interchange, following an incident.

A spokesman from Kent Police told Express.co.uk: “Kent Police officers attended the scene of a serious collision involving two vehicles on the A2 coastbound near the Darenth Interchange, which happened at about 6.15am.

“One man was treated at the scene by South East Coast Ambulance Service before being taken to a London hospital with serious injuries.
