Die-hard supporters of Kate and William have shared a compilation of more than 20 posts on social media, which details dozens of good causes the couple have supported over the years. Twitter user Aimee, who goes by the handle @CambridgeAimee, in an apparent homage to Kate, has compiled a list of fundraising events and campaigns the couple have supported together and individually over almost two decades.

The thread shared by Aimee, who describes herself as a “royalist”, also highlights the work Kate and William have done more recently during lockdown.

Such engagements include opening the NHS Nightingale hospital in Birmingham, launching a helpline for frontline workers suffering with their mental health, and delivering food parcels to the vulnerable.

The fans also draw attention to work Kate had completed back in 2002 – including an appearance at a fashion event which raised more than £200,000.

The thread on Twitter comes as Meghan Markle and Prince Harry were pictured volunteering at a back-to-school charity event across the Atlantic.

Last Wednesday, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, both wearing face coverings, distributed supplies, clothes and nappies at a drive-through run by Los Angeles charity Baby2Baby.

The couple handed out supplies in through the window of vehicles at Dr Owen Lloyd Knox Elementary School in South Los Angeles.

At the time fans of Kate and William also commented how similar the project was to the Duchess of Cambridge’s own baby and early years work.

In early August Kensington Palace revealed 19 brands had signed up to a drive spearheaded by Kate for donations to baby banks.

The traditional busy royal calendar has been torn-apart this year, however according to analysis of the Royal Circular, Kate and William have managed almost 100 engagements since lockdown.

In-between home-schooling their three children in Norfolk, the Duke of Cambridge has carried out 65 engagements across 33 days, since March 23.

Meanwhile, Kate has managed to complete 34 engagements across 15 days.

Apparent divisions between the Cambridge and Sussex households were brought to the forefront earlier this month, following the release of a new bombshell royal book.

In the book titled Finding Freedom, co-authors Carolyn Durand and Omid Scobie say they spoke to around 100 sources and insist their version of events tells the “definitive story” of Meghan and Harry’s time within the royal household – the couple deny any involvement.

In one extract, the authors claim by the time Meghan and Harry were due to officially leave the Firm they were barely speaking with the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge.

At the start of Meghan and Harry’s relationship, the book also claims Kate did little to help the American actress to settle into royal life.

The royal biography adds Meghan had expected Kate to “give her the lie of the land on everything an outsider to the firm needed to know but that was not how things turned out”.

It also details of an alleged rift between the brothers and claims Prince William feared Harry was “blindsided by lust” when he first met Meghan in 2016.
