Two women repeatedly kick another woman in the head

Two female thugs kick and stamp on woman’s head knocking her unconscious and ‘breaking her nose and jaw’ in horrifying attack

  • People tried to help the 20-year-old but she was seemingly unconscious already
  • Her mother posted the video on Facebook asking people to  identify the thugs 

Horrifying footage shows two women repeatedly stamping on another woman’s head until she is motionless and seemingly unconscious leaving her with a broken nose and fractured jaw.

People on Southsea Common in Portsmouth rushed to help the victim as the two attackers walked away. 

The victim’s mother posted the video online in an attempt to find the attackers  and wrote that her daughter suffered a broken nose and a fractured jaw.

The clips show a woman sitting on the ground repeatedly ramming her foot into the 20-year-old’s head. 

A woman in a yellow top then walks towards her and stamps on her head two times leaving her motionless. 

A crowd of people move in to try and help the victim on the floor who seems to be unconscious. 

One woman tries to get the victim to come to by nudging and lifting her arm but it flops back to the floor as soon as she lets go.

The victim was taken to Queen Alexandra Hospital with ‘serious injuries’ to her head and has now been discharged. 

Hampshire Constabulary is appealing for witnesses or anyone with further information to come forward.

Detective Sergeant Jamie Palmer said: ‘This is a particularly vicious assault that has left the victim with serious injuries to her head and face.

‘Our investigations into what happened are ongoing and we would urge anyone who has information about what happened or any footage to contact us.

‘We know that there were a lot of people around at the time of this assault, so we want to hear from you to ensure those responsible are brought to justice.

‘We are aware of the footage posted online and would urge people not share this as this is causing extra distress to those involved.  

‘If you do have any footage please call us on 101, quoting 44200219951.

‘Our officers will be out on patrols on Southsea Common today, so if you have any concerns or any information which you think could help with the investigation, please speak to them.

‘At this stage, we believe those involved are local to the area.’     

Users on social media commented their horror at the attack:  

Barbara Walsh wrote: ‘Anyone who commits a violent crime like this should be charged and sentenced with attempted murder.’

@mcfcclad2011 added: ‘That poor woman I hope she’s okay.’

And Neil King said: ‘Disgraceful behaviour. Hope they go to jail.’
