A furious OnlyFans model who used a stiletto-heeled Louboutin shoe to savagely assault a potential love rival says she pleaded guilty to assault causing actual bodily harm as the case could have gone on until Christmas 2023.

Amy Henderson, from Glasgow, admitted having drunk “a bottle of Prosecco” and taking cocaine on the night of the attack. She had reportedly laid into 22-year-old Chloe Goddard because she believed she was flirting with her boyfriend.

But Henderson later angrily asserted her innocence in a lengthy Instagram rant in which she claimed that the victim in fact had started a fight with her.

Henderson says she only ended up getting the blame for the fight because of her tattoos.

Casting doubt on her accuser’s testimony, Henderson wrote: “This girl that was sober and innocent, she can clearly remember me and would definitely be able to identify me again but didn’t notice any of ‘heavily-tattooed Henderson’s tattoos,” before adding a facepalm emoji.

Liverpool Crown Court heard on Friday (September 30), how Henderson, 28 had repeatedly hit the younger woman on the forehead with the long pointed heel of her shoe after pushing her to the ground and taking off one of her Louboutins.

Derek Jones, prosecuting, said that the victim, Chloe Goddard, had been staying overnight with her boyfriend at the Inside Hotel in Old Hall Street in Liverpool city centre. Henderson was also staying there with her boyfriend. About 2am, Miss Goddard left her room to go outside and co-incidentally at the same time so did Henderson's boyfriend and while outside they began talking.

He asked to borrow her mobile phone and she obliged and CCTV footage showed Henderson arriving on the scene and a conversation taking place for a couple of minutes, the prosecutor said.

Me Jones told the court: "At one point we see the defendant actually hitting her boyfriend and we see there is clearly an element of jealousy. She has put two and two together and made five, thinking something was going on between Miss Goddard and her boyfriend."

When interviewed by police, Henderson had told them she had drunk a bottle of Prosecco and had taken cocaine. She added she could not remember exactly what had happened.

The judge sentenced Henderson to eight months imprisonment suspended for 12 months and ordered her to carry out 150 hours unpaid work and to pay £1,000 compensation to her victim.

She also ordered that the shoe used in the assault should be destroyed.

Paul Lewis, defending, said that the defendant, who has two cautions for drug possession, has since been dealt with at a Scottish court for police obstruction.

However, since being sentenced, Henderson has laid out her account of the evening’s events in a lengthy Instagram story in which she claims that Miss Goddard attacked her.

“I was [taken] to hospital that night,” she writes. “ I had cuts and bruises and scratches, with hair pulled out.

“I got kept in overnight, hooked up to a drip and painkiller because I was so ill and in shock”.

Henderson maintains that she only entered her guilty plea because the trial could be delayed until “the end of 2023” if she tried to fight it.

However, she’s now attempting to clear her name because she doesn’t want to be thought of of “as a mass murderer”.

She says that her extensive tattoos might have resulted in prejudice against her: “Funny how the successful one out of both of us gets accused of everything,” she writes. “Coke head, drug dealer, attacker, troublemaker, thug – because of tattoos”.
