Former Pornhub legend Mia Khalifa has doubled down on her claim that "being in the army is worse than being on OnlyFans".

Mia sparked outrage last week after a clip of her making the claim went viral on TikTok.

The 29-year-old had appeared on late-night talk show Ziwe, where host Ziwe Fumudoh said: "So we have OnlyFans, and then we have the sex work industry, and then we have like actors.

"Is there a difference between these industries or are we all fundamentally selling out bodies in some way?"

Mia replied: "Honestly, I think that selling your body, like if we are going by that definition, being in the army is worse than being on OnlyFans. You're selling your body to the government."

Yesterday (Friday, July 22) the Lebanese-American star took to Twitter to respond to some of the backlash.

She wrote: "To everyone up in arms about my statement that being in the military is worse than being on onlyfans cause you’re selling your body to the govt – we’re both serving this nation!

"What do you think they sent for morale back in the day? More troops, or Marilyn Monroe in a skirt ??? [sic]"

Replying to a comment she added: "The beautiful part about OF [OnlyFans] is that you don’t have to take your clothes off in the military.

"You do, however, have to go destabilize a country & die in the name of crude oil if the President is in the mood that week. [sic]"

Her new comments did little to change some people's minds.

One person replied: "The statement is stupid, if you've never been in the military, no way you can honestly say that being in the military is worse. If you feel like what you do services the nation, go with that. You don't need the comparison to the military."

Another said: "Yeah, this ain’t it. Just delete and take the L on this. Completely disrespectful."

However, some agreed with Mia.

One said: "Sadly your statements not wrong at least with only fans your not being lied to about what you're doing."

Another said: "Every person I know that’s served in the military has a laundry list of medical issues with their knees, back, etc. I’d say that’s a lot worse than having some naked pics floating around the web."
