Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner have purchased a Miami mansion on the ultra-exclusive Indian Creek Island for $24 million.
The former first daughter and her husband purchased the six-bedroom, eight-and-a-half bathroom mansion located in Biscayne Bay, for a million dollars under asking after it sat on the market for half a year.
The couple closed on April 13, 7 months after they purchased a pricey vacant two-acre lot for $32.2 million, merely blocks down the street from their most recent purchase.
The vacant piece of land was once owned by Spanish singer Julio Iglesias, and sits on a plot of land in Miami dubbed ‘Billionaire Bunker,’ by Forbes.

The couple’s new 8,510-square-foot French neo-classical residence, sits on 1.26 acres
The mansion is equipped with 26-feet-high domed ceilings, a grand double staircase and open entertaining areas
In addition, the mansion also features a large family and screening room, a wood-paneled office, large gym, and a huge master bedroom with two full bathrooms

Trump and Kushner initially had plans to build property on the lot, but are currently renting a oceanfront condo in the Arte, a luxury high-rise complex located less than a mile from the Champlain Towers South, which collapsed las month.

However, new aerial photos from the property depict an all-around ghastly illustration than the seemingly picturesque oasis featured in the photos.
The outdoor hot tubs have been drained, the swimming pool’s water has turned a rancid green — a stark contrast to the sparkling blue seen in previous photos.
The back patio also appears to be in the midst of retiling.
According to Miami-Dade property records, the last recorded update for the 1.26-acre lot’s pools, jacuzzi and patio was in 1994 when the home was built.

The house was sold to the couple by billionaire Alex Meruelo and his wife, Liset Meruelo. Previous owners also include record producer Scott Storch, who owned the home from 2004 to 2008, property records show.
The gated, exclusive island features some Florida’s most exclusive properties for the wealthy, with about 30 mansions on the beaches.
Some of Trump and Kushner’s neighbors include Tom Brady and Gisele, Haitian billionaire Gilbert Bigio. Football star Tom Brady, Wall Street investor Carl Icahn, singer Julio Iglesias and former Sears CEO Edward Lampert.
In addition, in-laws Karlie Kloss and her husband, Joshua Kushner – Jared’s brother – reportedly purchased a waterfront mansion nearby that sold for $23.5 million.
Among the amenities offered on the island include a 24-hour police force and an 18-hole golf course, according to the listing.
Trump and Kushner are rumored to be unwelcome at a members-only country club on the island.
The couple were previously renting a mansion in the upscale area of Kalorama in Washington, D.C. before migrating to Florida.
Before that, the couple lived in a Park Avenue apartment on Upper East Side, in addition to owning a home on the property of the the Trump National Golf Club.
