The children killed in a London house fire last night have been named as four brother – two sets of twins, aged four and three.

Kyson, Bryson, Leyton and Logan were all tragically killed in a blaze in Collingwood Road, Sutton, yesterday evening.

Richard Mills, Deputy commissioner of the London Fire Brigade, confirmed the brothers are "two sets of twins, ages four and ages three."

Flowers have been laid at the scene of a house fire in south London in which the four children were killed.

One message on a bouquet appears to be from a family member, which reads: "To Kyson Bryson Leyton + Logan. Sleep well. Love Grandad".

One neighbour, Jessica West, has organised a GoFundMe campaign for the family.

On the page, Jessica wrote: “I am 17 years old and live next to where this awful event took place . I didn’t know these lovely boys but they went to the same school as my little sister and I’ve only heard lovely things about them all.

“They were known as the ‘quads’ as they all looked the same . I’m so disheartened by this and I just want to help as much as I possibly can and I think I’m not the only one too ! Time for the Sutton community to come together and support this family.”

Around 60 firefighters were sent to tackle the blaze, which when they arrived was already "very well-developed."

Firefighters in breathing apparatus were seen entering the mid-terrace house and managed to bring the four young children out of the property.

They were given immediate CPR by firefighters at the scene but sadly passed away in hospital.

The fire department confirmed that no one else was in the house other than the four brothers.

The Metropolitan Police have confirmed that a 27-year-old woman has been arrest on suspicion of child neglect.

Richard Mills, deputy commissioner of the London Fire Brigade, said: "It's a very traumatic event.

"They (firefighters) attended a very well-developed fire; they got there in under three minutes.

"Second two machines within seven minutes.

"Entering a building and rescuing life is always a very difficult place to be. The age of the children, the fact they are so young will have a profound impact on them."

Tributes have also been made on social media following the news of the boy’s deaths.

One friend of the family wrote: “Rest in peace boys! We will all miss your beautiful smiles. This has really touched us all so much.”
