Wibley stopped working as a carer in 2015 after a fall and continued to claim that she was barely able to move. 

Cardiff Magistrates’ Court heard that in total the mum fleeced £12,829.53.

Prosecution counsel Deena Beynon added: “She said she could not stand, needed help walking and had difficulty getting up and down stairs. 

“Her Facebook profile showed she had been horse riding and ice-skating in 2015 and 2016.” 

Mum-of-two Wibley, from Penarth, near Cardiff, admitted failing to notify a change in her circumstances and was given a 12-month community order to complete 100 hours of unpaid work. 

She has paid back £150 and has agreed to pay the rest at £30 a month.
