Meghan Markle baby: More children to come? Meghan admitted to wanting ‘LOTS of kids’

The Duchess of Sussex will give birth any day now with a her baby expected at the end of April or early May. The mother-to-be, who is almost nine months pregnant, once opened up about her aspirations to have lots of children. In a November 2014 interview with The Brew, the former Suits star said: “I dream to be a mum with wee ones running around my house.” Meghan also opened up about her struggles as a budding actress, and how her mother had inspired her to never give up.

She said: “It wasn’t that long ago that I barely had $50 in my bank account, had a car with broken locks and was hustling to one audition after another just trying to get a break.

“I was also doing calligraphy at that time, teaching book binding and gift wrapping classes, hostessing at a restaurant – all to make ends meet. I am a worker bee and know that hard work pays off so I just keep moving.”

The Duchess added: “My mom used to have a magnet on the fridge that said, ‘It does not matter how slow you go, as long as you do not stop.’ That rings true for me.”

Meghan has on multiple occasions revealed her desire to start a family.

She told Lifestyle Magazine in 2016: “I dreamt [of becoming] a successful working actress, which I can now very thankfully tick off the list. And I also dream to have a family.

“It’s all about balance, and I have so much happiness in my career and am fortunate to travel the world and see so many amazing things—it will also be nice to be anchored to something grounded and in the same place.

“Raising a family will be a wonderful part of that.”

The Duchess previously said that becoming a mother was on her “bucket list”, insisting she “can’t wait” to start a family.

She told Best Health Magazine in 2015: “Other bucket-list items: I want to travel more and I can’t wait to start a family, but in due time.”

Meghan Markle is just days away from giving birth – however, royal fans believe the Duchess’ newborn has already arrived.

This comes after Kensington Palace announced Prince Harry will be travelling to the Netherlands next week to attend a series of royal engagements.

Royal watchers believe the duke would not leave Meghan’s side if she has not given birth yet.

A royal aide said: “He had always planned to go but with the birth of his child due it was not announced in advance in case he was no longer able to attend. He is pleased he is able to attend.”
