2 Chainz’ ‘Rap Or Go To The League’ Debuts Atop R&B/Hip-Hop Albums Chart
2 Chainz‘ Rap or Go to the League debuted at No. 1 on Billboard‘s R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart dated March 16.
The album, executive produced by LeBron James, earned 65,000 equivalent album units in the week ending March 7, Nielsen Music data shows.
Two of the Georgia rapper’s other albums previously topped Billboard’s R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart. The 2012 LP Based on a T.R.U. Story reigned for three weeks, while his 2017 album Pretty Girls Like Trap Music was No. 1 for one week.
In all, four songs from Rap or Go to the League debuted on the Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs chart. They are, “Whip,” featuring Travis Scott, “Rule The World,” featuring Ariana Grande, “Momma I Hit A Lick,” featuring Kendrick Lamar, and “High Top Versace,” featuring Young Thug.
