Yet more petrol fights break out and men are filmed filling bin bag with fuel

A pair were spotted filling a bin bag-lined bucket with petrol as desperation to re-fuel continues.

In a separate incident in Essex, five men bundled into stationary cars as they brawled while drivers queued for the pumps.

One of the men could be heard saying: ‘You didn’t need it,’ as they fought over short supplies.

Sources have suggested the disruption could last another month, such is the time it would take to refill stations.

After numerous cases of motorists stocking their boots with containers filled with petrol, footage emerged of two men filing up a black bucket at a forecourt.

One of them glances up at the meter as it gets close to the brim with unleaded.

The man was wearing a face mask for protection against Covid-19 but appeared willing to risk a fire hazard from the flammable fluid.

In Epping, Essex, men accusing each other of taking too much fuel came to blows with a fight in the middle of the road.

A man had his shirt ripped off and the brawlers labelled each others c***, shortly before others intervened and brought it to a halt.

Fighting has broken out at petrol stations across the country, as ministers’ calls for everyone to ‘go about their business in the normal way and fill up in the normal way when you need it’ go unheeded.
