The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are hiring a Finance Manager for their Royal Foundation. In the job application posted on LinkedIn, the couple said they are looking for a “highly motivated” and “forward-thinking” professional.

The post reads: “We are hiring for a Finance Manager at The Royal Foundation!

“The perfect role for a highly motivated and forward-thinking finance professional with robust technical skills to assist and deputise for the Head of Finance.”

The job advert said the candidate will “take ownership of the operational aspects” including financial accounting, management and statutory reporting as well as finance business partnering.

William and Kate are expecting the successful candidate to be fully qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CIPFA) with post qualification experience gained in the Charity, Commercial or wider Public Sector.

The advert continued: “This is a fantastic opportunity for a high calibre finance professional looking to make an impact in the sector and will provide an excellent platform in your career.”

The Foundation is a charity that supports the work of Prince William and Kate Middleton.

Their projects revolve around conservation, the early years, mental health, and emergency responders.

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are also looking for a digital communications officer at Kensington Palace.

The website’s job description says: “This role will be part of a multi-disciplinary team working together to communicate the work of The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge.

“The successful candidate will be key in supporting the official social media channels (Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, Facebook) of The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge.”

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge currently have well-followed social media platforms.

The @KensingtonRoyal Twitter account has around 2.3 million followers.

In comparison, the Labour leader Sir Keir Starmer has just 1.1 million followers, Scottish First Minister Nicola Sturgeon has 1.4million and ex-Brexit Party leader Nigel Farage has slightly more on 1.6million.

Potential candidates have until 23.55 on November 14 to submit their applications.

There are also six vacancies for jobs working with the household Prince of Wales, 72, and Camilla Parker-Bowles, 74.

These include the finance manager who could receive up to £45,000-a-year and a travelling chef de partie working 45-hours per week.
