Prince William married Kate Middleton in a lavish ceremony on April 29, 2011. The wedding procession included four young bridesmaids and two page boys. Now 10 years on, we look at what the children are up to now.

Lady Louise Windsor, the daughter of Prince Edward and the Countess of Wessex, was seven when she was a bridesmaid for Kate. She accompanied Kate down the aisle and shared a carriage with Prince Harry on their way to Buckingham Palace.

Now 17-years-old and 14th in line to the throne, Lady Louise is currently studying for her A levels in English, History, Politics and Drama at St Mary’s School in Ascot.

Before the pandemic hit, she started to carry out occasional royal duties with her parents, including an official visit to Bristol Zoo with younger brother James Viscount Severn in 2019 and an overseas trip to South Africa in 2015.

She has also taken a keen interest in carriage driving thanks to her grandfather the Duke of Edinburgh. Both she and her mother competed in the Champagne Laurent-Perrier Meet of the British Driving Society in 2019.

Lady Louise is also set to inherit Prince Philip’s carriage and ponies as the pair were said to be very close thanks to their shared hobby.

The young royal was a prominent figure in the wake of Prince Philip’s death. She was spotted with her mother paying a visit to the grieving Queen in the run-up to the funeral, and appeared on camera when her parents updated the public on how the Queen was coping with her tremendous loss.

Lady Margarita Armstrong-Jones, now aged 18, is the youngest child of the Earl and Countess of Snowdon, and the only granddaughter of Princess Margaret. She was eight-years-old when she walked down the aisle with Kate and sat next to Pippa Middleton.

She is currently 25th in line to the throne and is studying at Tudor Hall School in Banbury, according to Hello Magazine.

She has taken an interest in fashion, attending the Dior Cruise show at Blenheim Palace in 2016 and modelling in a fashion show in aid of the Kids Company charity.

She appears to have her sights set on a creative career having set up Instagram accounts to showcase her handmade silver jewellery and photography.

Eliza Lopes, now 13, is the granddaughter of the Duchess and Cornwall and her ex-husband Andrew Parker Bowles. She was just three when she was Kate’s flower girl at the royal wedding.

Eliza is the daughter of Laura Rose Lopes, Camilla’s daughter, who also welcomed twin boys Gus and Louis in 2010 with husband Harry. The family prefer to keep a low-profile.

On being a grandmother. Camilla previously said: “It’s very nice because you haven’t got the full responsibility. You can give them a wonderful time, spoil them, give them all the things their parents won’t allow, then give them back again.”

Grace van Cutsem, now 13, is William’s goddaughter as the Prince is close friends with her father Hugh van Cutsem.

Grace became an internet sensation when the three-year-old appeared on the balcony, scowling at the crowd and covering her ears while Kate and William shared their first public kiss.

Grace has largely kept out of the public eye since her shining moment, however, her mother Rose Astor, has been keeping her Instagram followers updated on her life. Grace now attends a private school near the family home in Oxfordshire.
