Not only will the ‘liveried helper’ get to enjoy living in the luxury Royal Mews, they will also receive a £20,300 per year salary. As well as caring for the horses, the successful applicant will get the opportunity to assist coachmen with driving the carriages during special ceremonies. The Palace said: “It’s feeling inspired to deliver to the highest standards, helping to present ceremonial activities that are enjoyed by millions. 

“This is what makes working for the Royal Household exceptional.

“Joining us at the Royal Mews, you’ll care for some of the most photographed horses in the world.” 

But the role is not all glamour, it will also demand plenty of mucking out, cleaning saddlery and general stable maintenance. 

The Palace are looking for someone with a passion for horses and experience of working on a yard.

As well as free accommodation, the Queen’s helper will also get 33 days holiday, free meals and a 15% employer contribution pension scheme. 

The Palace said: “The standards you’ll aim for will provide the biggest challenge and the greatest reward. 

“After all, the results of your work will be seen by a global audience.”

The job closes on October 10.

According to The Sun, the new nanny is said to “adore’ Archie and has “fitted into the family really well.

The royal couple sacked their first nanny, with reports that she was “unprofessional”, with the second one only employed to work night shifts.

Archie’s cousins George, Charlotte and Louis have Maria Teresa Turrion Borrallo as a nanny.

Kate and William hired her in 2014 when George was eight months old.
