Thomas Markle has been estranged from his youngest daughter Meghan Markle since before the Duchess of Sussex married into the Royal Family in 2018. The former television lighting director had previously warned he would be prepared to take his daughter to court after revealing he had yet to meet his grandchildren, Archie Harrison and Lilibet Diana. Announcing the upcoming interview, GB News host Dan Wootton said: “Meghan Markle’s father Thomas bares his soul after the Duchess’ latest snub on her 40th birthday.

Thomas Markle was uninvited from Meghan Markle’s wedding to Prince Harry after reports suggested he had reached an agreement with US photographers to have staged pictures of himself taken before the ceremony.

Since he became estranged from the Duchess of Sussex, Mr Markle has issued several statements commenting on Meghan and Harry’s decision as he insisted he would continue to agree to interviews in order to get her to speak to him.
