Sarah, 62, was asked if she would still marry the Duke if she could go back in time – and she replied: “Oh, yes.”

She claimed her wedding in 1986 was an “exceptional day”.

Sarah added: “I will stand very firmly by Andrew – a very good and kind man and that’s what I believe.”

Andrew, also 62, has stepped down from public life. He recently reached an out-of-court settlement with Virginia Giuffre, 38, over sexual assault claims, which he vehemently denies.
