The Crown will reveal Kate’s risque look that wooed Prince William
The moment Prince William saw his university pal Kate Middleton in a different light is cheekily recreated in The Crown.
Part two of the final series includes Kate’s bold look in a sheer dress and black underwear at a charity fashion show. The moment was a milestone in the blossoming relationship between the now Prince and Princess of Wales.
Actress Meg Bellamy, 21, is shown depicting the future royal’s racy look as she strode the catwalk at St Andrews Bay Hotel in 2002.
Posting the photos on X, Netflix teased the “first look at the epic conclusion” of the royal drama.
Meg also put the snaps on her Instagram account, saying: “It’s nearly timeeee…”

William, who was in the front row of the fashion show with friends, is rumoured to have turned to one of his pals and said: “Wow, Kate’s hot.”
Her Charlotte Todd-designed strapless dress went on to sell for £78,000 at auction.
It became one of Kate’s best known fashion moments.
She and William, who were studying at St Andrews University, met the previous year in a dorm hallway. However, the catwalk appearance is thought to have been the catalyst for romance.
She was working towards an art history degree. William, who had initially enrolled for the history of art, switched studies to geography.
