Royal Wedding: The Queen to look PRETTY IN PINK for Lady Gabriella’s wedding – bookies say

Punters have placed a flurry bets over the Queen’s outfit for Lady Gabriella ’s wedding, which will take place on May 18. Bookies predict the Queen will wear a pink hat with odds at 3/1. Meanwhile, odds she will wear a yellow hat stand at 4/1, purple at 9/2, blue at 5/, green at 6/1 and orange at 7/1. Jessica Bridge from Ladbrokes told Express.co.uk: “It looks like Her Majesty will be looking pretty in pink this weekend at the latest royal wedding. “Although we can’t rule out her matching the weather with a summery yellow number.”

Her Majesty wore wore a pastel blue ensemble for her granddaughter Princess Eugenie’s wedding last year and a bright green coat with a matching hat with purple feathers for Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s big day on May 19, 2018.

The last time the Queen wore pink to a wedding was the nuptials of Viscount Linley and Serena Stanhope, at the Church of St Margaret, in the grounds of Westminster Abbey in 1993.

Her Majesty wore yellow to Kate and Prince William’s wedding in 2011.

Meanwhile, bookies predict Meghan and Harry will be unlikely attend Lady Gabriella’s wedding with odds at 1/4.

Ms Bridge added:“Unfortunately for fans it seems unlikely they’ll get to see Meghan and Harry back at Windsor on the eve of their first wedding anniversary.

“We expect to see Kate and Wills there, along with Pippa and James, although Prince William will have to make a quick dash to up to Wembley in time for the FA Cup final in his role as President of the FA.”

The Queen is set to attend Lady Gabriella’s wedding on May 18 at St George’s Chapel in Windsor, the same venue where Meghan and Harry married in May last year.

Announcing the Queen’s attendance, Buckingham Palace said on May 3: “The wedding of Lady Gabriella Windsor and Mr Thomas Kingston will take place at St George’s Chapel, Windsor Castle on Saturday 18th May 2019.

The wedding will be attended by Her Majesty The Queen, accompanied by Members of the Royal Family. The marriage ceremony will commence at 12pm, conducted by the Dean of Windsor, The Right Revd David Conner.”

Other members of the Royal Family are also expected to turn up for the ceremony, however, it has not been confirmed who will attend.

Lady Gabriella will marry financier Thomas Kingston at St George’s Chapel in an intimate ceremony, with close friends and family expected to attend.

It will be a private event, and no carriage procession or members of the public will be invited to the castle grounds.

The wedding will take place just one day before Meghan and Harrys wedding anniversary, as the Duke and Duchess married on May 19.
