The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are scheduled to return to the UK next month, for the first time since the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee, to spend time with charities “close to their hearts”. Royal commentator Dan Wootton has claimed this trip will put additional strain on the rift between Harry and his brother, William, ahead of the release of Harry’s bombshell tell-all memoir expected to be released in the coming months. Writing in the Daily Mail, Mr Wootton said: “The fury, outrage and disgust at the highest levels of the monarchy over Prince Harry’s decision to press ahead with the publication of his upcoming autobiography, even as the 96-year-old Queen’s health suffers, is only growing. Indeed, the ‘intimate and heartfelt’ £14.7million Penguin Random House book is seen as the likely final straw in relations between Harry and his brother Prince William, who has still not forgiven the Sussexes for their bonanza of lies otherwise known as the Oprah Winfrey interview.” Speaking about the interview on Nancy O’Dell’s Channel on talkshoplive, Oprah defended “truthful” Meghan for her bravery and honesty during their tell-all interview. She said: “I had no idea that it would have the reverberating impact that it has had and continues to have. I did a lot of preparation for that. I had no idea that it would have the reverberating impact it has had and continues to have. I did a lot of preparation for that.”

Harry and Meghan’s US politics plan so far ‘unsuccessful’

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s Netflix money “could dry up” and their politics plans have so far been “unsuccessful”, a commentator has claimed.

Royal expert Daniela Elser suggested Meghan and Harry have not been successful in “moving the needle”.

She said: “Sadly, for two people who seem to truly care, there is not one issue, not one cause they have really moved the needle on since they embarked on this new life of theirs.”

“The bottom line is Harry and Meghan have proven totally unsuccessful at making themselves matter in the corridors of power in Washington, New York, Silicon Valley or Los Angeles.”

Harry was ‘eager’ to take on William’s future role as King

Prince Harry was “eager” to take on Prince William’s future role as King, according to a royal commentator, who told Express.co.uk that a young Duke of Sussex offered to do the job for his older brother.

LA-based royal commentator Kinsey Schofield said: “Diana never wanted Harry to feel like he was less than. She called him ‘Good King Harry’ for that reason.

“And when they were growing up, William would scoff at the idea of being king, but Prince Harry would say: ‘I’ll do it for you. I’ll be king.’

“Diana wanted him to feel like he was worthy of that.

“She loved that fire in Prince Harry. She loved that he was ambitious enough and so eager to take on such a role.”
