Royal baby could be IMMINENT as Queen CLEARS schedule ready for Meghan and Harry’s arrival

Queen Elizabeth II may have given a huge clue to Meghan’s due date after blocking out her diary from today until May 3, when she will be in Windsor to present a service of the Royal Victorian Order at St George’s Chapel. The church, in the grounds of Windsor Castle, is the same venue Meghan and Harry and Princess Eugenie and Jack Brooksbank married in last year. Keeping close to the Duke and Duchess of Sussex in their Frogmore Cottage home suggests the royal baby will have been born by then.

The exact due date of Meghan’s baby has never been revealed by Kensington Palace, but the Duchess shared some details regarding her pregnancy during a royal engagement in mid-January, which led many to think the baby will be due by the end of this month.

During a visit to Birkenhead in Wirral, Merseyside, the Duchess told fans she was six months pregnant and that she would be expecting her royal baby to arrive towards the end of April or the very beginning of May.

If Harry and Meghan’s baby had arrived on Easter Sunday they would have shared their birthday with the Queen, who turned 93.

But, if the baby were to arrive later than expected, they may end up sharing their birthday with their little cousin Princess Charlotte, who was born on May 2.

If the royal baby arrives later in May the Queen may not get the chance to meet her newest grandchild for days as she has a diary packed with engagements throughout the month of May.

The 93-year-old monarch has eight official engagements to attend between May 3 and May 29, most of which are to be carried out in London.

This means the Queen may not have the time to fly in and out of Frogmore Cottage, where Meghan and Harry live, between her royal duties.

On May 7, the Queen will give a luncheon for members of the Order of Merit, on May 15 she is set to host a garden party and on May 20 she will visit the Chelsea Flower Show at the Royal Hospital Chelsea, south London, according to her official diary.

The last days of May will see the Queen being busy almost every day.

On May 22 she will visit the London Borough of Westminster, and the day after she will be in the borough of Hillingdon.

On May 29 she is set to give another garden party.

Meghan Markle has built a solid relationship with the Queen since joining the Royal Family and it is thought Meghan and Harry’s decision to hold their wedding in Windsor was partly due to Harry wanting to remain close to his grandmother.
