REVEALED: The organic feature Meghan and Harry will have at Frogmore – ‘It’s PERFECT’
The couple have recently moved into their huge new home at Frogmore Cottage. With the Duchess expecting to give birth to her and Prince Harry’s first child imminently, the two have been enjoying time together at their abode before they become parents. But plans have now been lodged to help make their space even fresher and vibrant.
According to the MailOnline, a new organic vegetable plot has been created so they can cook fresh ingredients from the grounds of their new home.
A royal source said: “The Duchess has a passion for cooking so it was suggested to include a small plot in the spacious garden where they can grow some of their own produce.
“She regularly cooks for Prince Harry and the cottage will be the perfect place for her to prepare meals with some home grown produce from their own garden.
“It is understood that she wants to be able grow vegetables, herbs and soft fruits.”
Previously, Meghan has said of her love of gardening and growing her own vegetables.
And now this dream will become a reality after the new baby has been born.
The plans come a day after it was revealed that the Queen would not allow Meghan and Harry to bring up their baby on a vegan diet.
The couple had wanted to raise the child this way but Her Majesty was said to be furious at the idea.
A source told Woman’s Day: “The Queen won’t have it.
“It’s created tense discussions between Meghan and Harry, who doesn’t want to upset his grandmother.
“He’s hoping Meghan will settle once the baby comes and he’s putting this latest polarising idea down to heightened emotions while being pregnant.”
They added: “Meghan keeps pushing the boundaries with the Royals and it’s not being well received, least of all by Her Majesty.”
