Queen Elizabeth II heartbreak: Self-isolating Queen to miss this treasured tradition
Queen Elizabeth II, 93, is waiting out the coronavirus crisis at Windsor Castle with her husband Prince Philip, 98. The Queen is believed to be self-isolating after her son Prince Charles, 71, tested positive for COVID-19 earlier this week. They last came into contact on March 12.
The Queen is said to remain in good health despite fears she may have contracted COVID-19.
A palace spokesman confirmed: “The Queen remains in good health.
“The Queen last saw The Prince of Wales briefly on the morning of 12 March and is following all the appropriate advice with regard to her welfare.”
“We will not be commenting further.”

Every Sunday the Queen, who is the head of the Church of England attends church.
While at Windsor Castle the Queen usually attends the Royal Chapel of All Saints for its Sunday service.
However, in keeping with UK lockdown measures, All Saints is currently closed.
A message on the church’s website states: “Following the Prime Minister’s announcement on 23rd March 2020, we regret that it is no longer possible to keep the church open.
“Therefore, with heavy heart, we are closing our doors with immediate effect.”
