Princess Kate named most confident member of the Royal Family
Alison Hammond reveals Kate Middleton’s Coronation outfit
Princess Kate has emerged as the most confident member of the Royal Family thanks to her ability to shrug off her “girl next door persona”, a body language expert has claimed. Since marrying Prince William in 2011, the Princess of Wales has “a resilience and confidence to cope with the rigours of being in the public eye”, similarly to William’s late mother Princess Diana who went from a shy young woman to being beloved the world over.

With the King’s Coronation just days away millions of people will be watching Kate and William as they prepare to one day become monarchs themselves.
Speaking on behalf of Betfair Bingo body language expert Darren Stanton explained how after years of media scrutiny the Princess has mastered the art of being in the public eye.
He revealed that she was no longer demonstrating her discomfort with “tell-tale gestures”, such as ” the hand towards the face, her folding her arms, which is almost like a self-hug or pacifying gesture that seeks reassurance”.
Instead Kate now appears “powerful” and “holds fantastic eye contact”, a key measure of confidence.
He added: “I believe at the Coronation, we will see even more of an abundant, confident and powerful version of Kate. I think Kate will perform admirably and continue to demonstrate what kind of monarch she will be with the eventual King William.
“I believe Kate is now the most confident member of the Royal family and is very much accepted by all the members of the Royal family, especially Camilla, with whom she has a strong friendship, and Kate has a great deal of respect for her mother-in-law.
“As with Princess Diana, the world is slightly obsessed now with Kate and what she will be wearing, how she behaves, what she will say and her fantastic sense of humour.”

For a royal visit with her husband to Birmingham last week Kate certainly wowed the crowd in a gorgeous maroon dress.
The royal couple were left in hysterics after William attempted to answer a delivery call at the Indian Streatery restaurant, with Kensington Palace tweeting: “Hope we told this customer to come to the right place…!”
At the Coronation on May 6 the Prince will be swearing fealty to his father alongside the Archbishop of Canterbury, the only two who will carry out the traditional custom of paying homage to the monarch.
The official Buckingham Palace booklet for the ceremony notes the King “receives the Homage from the Archbishop of Canterbury, and The Prince of Wales, who swear their fealty, and the Benediction, consisting of prayers publicly affirmed by the congregation”.

It is understood that William will also be participating in Coronation rehearsals, as Charles has already been practising for the day with his own makeshift Westminster Abbey at home.
Royal editor Nick Bullen told the Royally Us podcast: “The King is absolutely ready for the moment. I know that they have been practising in the palace where they have actually taped out areas that are the actual dimensions of Westminster Abbey.
“I know the Queen was concerned about the steps and going up and down them, so they have actually built steps for them to practice on as well.”
The rehearsals are reportedly taking place in the ballroom at Buckingham Palace, with the large space mimicking the top end of Westminster Abbey just beneath the High Altar.
