Princess Eugenie tied the knot with Jack Brooksbank at St George’s Chapel, Windsor, on October 12, 2018. Two months since their one-year anniversary, pregnancy speculation surrounding the couple has peaked. Jack and Eugenie joined Royal Family members for Christmas lunch with the Queen at Buckingham Palace on Wednesday. Pictures of the smiling couple arriving at the palace sent royal fans into a spin.

Princess Eugenie, 29, and Jack Brooksbank, 33, looked every inch the happy couple as they arrived for a festive lunch with Queen Elizabeth II.

The beaming duo’s body language prompted some fans to question whether they may have some happy news.

Eugenie and Jack are said to have attended Princess Beatrice and Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi’s engagement bash later that evening but they were not photographed at the event.

While Princess Beatrice’s mother Sarah Ferguson was snapped arriving at Chiltern Firehouse for the special celebration, Eugenie and Jack were nowhere to be seen.

Although a Palace spokeswoman said they do not comment on private engagements, Jack and Eugenie are understood to have been present at Bea and Edo’s party.

The lack of photos of the couple at the party have fuelled speculation Eugenie may be keen to avoid photographs which may reveal a baby bump.

In the photographs which show them arriving at Buckingham Palace earlier that day, they are only visible from the shoulders up.

Punters are backing Princess Eugenie to announce baby news next year and according to bookmakers Betfair she is the favourite to next announce royal baby news.

Betfair spokeswoman Katie Baylis said: “Recently married Eugenie is seen as the next most likely with odds of 2/1, with sister Beatrice who is due to marry soon is at 3/1.”

Kate, Duchess of Cambridge and Meghan Markle have also been the target of pregnancy rumours.

Ms Baylis added: “While there has been plenty of speculation this year that Kate got very broody when Archie was born and that she was keen to add a fourth baby to her family, we make her 14/1 to be the next to announce she is expecting.

“Having given birth to baby Archie this year, there are plenty of rumours that Meghan would like to add to the royal brood in the not too distant future, and she is Even Money to be the next royal to announce a pregnancy.”

If Princess Eugenie does announce baby news soon, then we can expect to see her with a bump at Princess Beatrice and Edo’s royal wedding.

While the couple are yet to confirm a date for their big day it is expected to take place in Spring.

The Queen is expected to make an official royal wedding date announcement in January once Christmas is out of the way.

While Beatrice’s mother Sarah Ferguson and Eugenie both attended her engagement bash her father Prince Andrew is said to have skipped the occasion.

Prince Andrew’s recent withdrawal from royal life is said to have prompted fears his appearance at the event may have prompted a paparazzi frenzy.

While her father did not make it, Bea was joined by a string of celebrity guests.

From singer James Blunt to pop star Ellie Goulding and even Robert De Niro, stars rallied around the Princess of York at what has been a difficult time for the family.

The York Family are expected to join the Queen for Christmas at Sandringham this year.
