Princess Eugenie appears on Fergie’s storytelling channel to spread ‘joy bubbles’ to kids
Sitting on a garden tree swing engraved with her name, the 30-year-old told the story of “Guess How Much I Love You” by Sam McBratney. The young royal displayed her ‘lockdown look’ which was in stark contrast to the formal dresses and she is often snapped wearing at official events. Eugenie donned black jeans, white trainers, and a khaki-coloured blouse over a white T-shirt.
The princess said on Saturday: “Tune into my mum’s YouTube channel at 4pm as I am reading my favourite book from my childhood.
“Mum wanted to bring ‘joy bubbles’, as she says, to people during this challenging time.”
She added: “Enjoy!!”
In a video posted on Sarah Fergusons’ YouTube channel, the Princess tells young viewers the story of the Nutbrown Hares trying to find a way to measure the unmeasurable.
Eugenie speaks in an animated way, putting on different voices for the characters in an effort to make it interesting for children.
Big Nutbrown Hare’s declaration to Little Nutbrown Hare, “I love you right up to the moon and back”, helps readers tell people about their love for them, according to the book’s author.
More than 47 million copies of the book illustrated by Anita Jeram, have been sold worldwide.
The Duchess of York launched the channel earlier this month, describing it as “a traditional children’s storytime every day to help keep them entertained during lockdown”.
She keeps her 275,000 Instagram followers updated on the different stories each day.
On Sunday the Duchess of York shared a snap of herself sitting on a garden bench reading a children’s book.
She said she had chosen Ballerina Rosie for the daily storytime.

Fergie’s eldest daughter, Princess Beatrice, has been forced to postpone her wedding to fiancée Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi.
Bea, 31, recently surfaced in a video on Twitter in which she spoke of “challenging times”.
In the footage shared by Helen Arkell Dyslexia Charity, Beatrice said: “This is an incredibly challenging time. For the world and the United Kingdom.
“As patron of the Helen Arkell Dyslexia Charity, I just wanted to send this message to say the Helen Arkell charity is open for business.”
Her wedding had been due to take place at The Chapel Royal at St James’s Palace on May 29.
