Princess Charlotte melts hearts at Trooping the Colour 2019 with mum Kate

The four-year-old, who is due to graduate from nursery in a matter of weeks, was all smiles when she appeared on Buckingham Palace’s balcony, alongside the Queen and other members of the royal family. Charlotte, who is known to be a tomboy, looked every inch the little lady in her adorable blue dress. Her smart look was topped off with a cute bow in her hair.

The Queen’s great-granddaughter seemed thrilled as she watched the flypast, which included the famous Red Arrows, alongside her siblings.

Little Louis, who celebrated his first birthday in April, made his debut appearance on the royal balcony.

This year is Charlotte’s fourth time to attend Trooping the Colour, the official celebration of the Queen’s birthday.

In September, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge’s daughter will join George at his primary school, Thomas’s Battersea.

The last time royal fans were treated to a glimpse of George, Charlotte and Louis together was at the Chelsea Flower Show.

The royal trio were captured frolicking about in their mum’s garden at the world-renowned event in footage released by Kensington Palace.

Last year Charlotte was once again decked out in a blue ensemble – one of her favourite colours – coordinating with her mum’s outfit.

Kate often chooses outfits for her children which compliment one another.

Kate took part in the parade, travelling down the Mall in a carriage, sitting alongside the Duchess of Cornwall and the Duke and Duchess of Sussex.

The 37-year-old looked radiant in a cream dress and matching hat, decorated with flowers.

Meghan wowed fans in her first royal engagement since giving birth to baby Archie on May 6.

Prince William, 36, took part in the parade on horseback, riding alongside Prince Charles, Prince Andrew and Princess Anne.

The Queen travelled alone in a carriage from Buckingham Palace down the Mall to Horse Guards Parade, behind Whitehall.
