Princess Charlotte and Prince George: Will the young royals go to church tomorrow?
Princess Charlotte and Prince George are both enjoying time off from school for Christmas for the first time this year. Every year, the Cambridge children, including Prince Louis, are separated from their parents Prince William and Kate, Duchess of Cambridge, for a period on Christmas Day as the Duke and Duchess head to church for Christmas Day service. But will the young royals join their parents this year?
The Queen and other members of the Royal Family attend the morning service on Christmas Day at St Mary Magdalene, Sandringham.
Members of the family walk up to church after they have enjoyed a hearty English breakfast.
However, the Queen does not join this annual walk and instead is driven to church each year.
The church service lasts roughly 45 minutes before the royals return to Sandringham to enjoy their Christmas roast turkey lunch.

Will Princess Charlotte and Prince George attend church this year?
The year 2019 has been one of big change for the young royals.
Princess Charlotte began school for the first time in September, joining her brother at Thomas’s in Battersea.
Prince George has taken a step up with his life as well engaging in more grown-up activities such as attending his first football match, riding in the front seat of the car with his father and participating in the figgy pudding making session with the Queen, Prince Charles and Prince William, which will be shown during the Queen’s Christmas speech.
But these are just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to the big moments the young royals will undertake.
Princess Charlotte and Prince George are expected to join their parents for the church service for the very first time this year.
The two children, aged four and six, are expected to join the Royal Family on the annual walk and 45-minute church service.
A royal source told the Sun: “George and Charlotte will make their Christmas debut” this year.
They: “It will be so sweet…as long as they’re both on good form on the day.”

The source also told the Sun: “It’s the picture all royal fans want to see.
“The royals walking to church on Christmas Day is a rite of passage and so William and Kate didn’t want to expose their children too early, but they feel they’re old enough now.”
However, Prince Louis, aged one, is not thought to be old enough yet.
Prince Louis will instead remain at Sandringham with the family’s nanny, Maria Teresa Turrion Borallo, or with Kate’s parents Carole and Michael Middleton if they are having Christmas with the Royal Family this year.
After the church service has concluded, the Royal Family will return to Sandringham to eat a Christmas lunch prepared by a professional chef.
The meal will be much like that eaten around the world: roast turkey and all the trimmings.
But the royals’ meal will also be served with lobster.
After the Royal Family has finished eating, they traditionally sit in front of the television to watch the Queen’s Christmas speech.
Reportedly the Royal Family also play an annual game of charades after Christmas lunch.
The Windsors are believed to assemble for a matchup every year after Christmas lunch.
The family then enjoys a buffet dinner which they are said to serve themselves so the royal staff can enjoy some time off for Christmas.
Later, the Royal Family play games, although monopoly is apparently stricken from the list as some members of the family get too competitive.
The Royals will carry on playing games until around midnight, as nobody is allowed to go to bed before the Queen does.
