Princess Beatrice surprised royal watchers and fans on Friday, July 17, by getting married in a secret ceremony in Windsor.
The wedding was not made public until after it had taken place and was attended by just 20 people.
Royal Family members including Beatrice’s grandparents Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Philip were among the select guests at the COVID-19 proofed ceremony at All Saints Chapel.
The wedding was held close to her family home the Royal Lodge and dad Prince Andrew, 60, and mum Sarah Ferguson, 60, were both present.
Princess Beatrice was Eugenie’s maid of honour at her lavish royal wedding to Jack Brooksbank in October 2018 and it is understood Eugenie returned the favour on Friday.
Beatrice and Edoardo were originally due to tie the knot on May 29 but had to postpone their big day due to the coronavirus crisis.
On Friday afternoon Buckingham Palace confirmed the low-key nuptials and said the service had taken place at 11am in keeping with Government guidelines around coronavirus.

Eugenie’s message added: “We are going to have so much fun together. Happy wedding day to you both xxxx.”
Photographs from the wedding were not shared until Saturday as it is understood Beatrice and Edoardo did not wish to overshadow Captian Tom Moore’s knighthood ceremony at Windsor Castle.
In a statement following the wedding Beatrice and Edoardo said they were so “touched by the warm wishes they have received since their wedding” they decided to share two more photographs from their “happy day”.
A handful of photos from the special big day have been shared with the public.
While Princess Beatrice’s parents and sister are conspicuously absent from the pictures, one of the photos shows the happy couple beside the Queen and Philip.
The photo is the first time the Duke of Edinburgh has been seen out in public since he left hospital on Christmas Eve.
While Prince Philip retired from royal life in 2017, on Wednesday (July 22) he will carry out a rare engagement at Windsor Castle.
He will mark the transfer as the Colonel-in-Chief of The Rifles from himself to Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall.
The Duke will be at Windsor Castle and the Duchess at Highgrove House.
