Prince William reassures Queen’s corgis ‘well looked after’
Prince William reassured a Queen’s mourner who asked about the Queen’s corgis. As the royal approached the woman to greet her, Prince William revealed seeing the Queen’s corgis “the other day” made him “quite sad” but reassured the mourner saying that the late monarch’s corgis are being “well looked after”.
Prince William told the woman in the queue: ”I saw them the other day, that got me quite sad.
He reassured: “They are going to be looked after fine.
“They are two very friendly corgis so they’ve got a good home.
“They’ll be looked after very well, spoilt rotten I’m sure”.

While speaking with the woman, Prince William can be seen holding and touching her hand as in sign of gratitude for being in the queue.
As Prince William assured the woman, the mourner can be seen smiling at the royal and saying: “I hope so”.
The woman also thanked Prince William for approaching the crowd and said: “I’m sorry for your loss”.
The comments came as King Charles and Prince William arrived at Westminster Hall to meet the people in line outside the Hall to pay tribute to the Queen.
