Katie Nicholl told Entertainment Tonight that Prince William will “hate” the fact his wife Kate, the Duchess of Cambridge has been dragged into the saga surrounding Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s time in the Royal Family. The Duchess of Sussex claimed during her interview with Oprah Winfrey that Kate had made her cry days before her wedding day.
Ms Nicholl said: “William is devastated by this interview.
“Don’t forget that the Duchess of Cambridge has been dragged into this whole saga, William will hate that.”
The royal commentator added: “From the huge repercussions that this incident has had, any healing is going to take a very long time.
“I think what feels so sad is that he [Prince Harry] was just getting family relations back on track.
“He was not speaking to his brother for a long time, they were back in touch.”
Earlier this week, Jennie Bond discussed the feud between Prince Harry and Prince William.
Ms Bond stated that the Queen was forced to step into the feud between the brothers as Prince Charles failed to act.
The royal commentator added that the Prince of Wales was put in a difficult position as his sons were at loggerheads with each other.
