The Duke of Sussex appears to be making the trip to the Queen’s Scotland estate on his own, as fears of the Queen’s health escalate.
The couple were believed to be making their way to see the 96-year-old monarch earlier today (September 8) separate from other royals.
However, sources have now claimed Harry will be making the trip solo.
Royal expert Cameron Walker announced the news on Twitter.
He wrote: “Looks like The Duchess of Sussex is not travelling to Balmoral with the Duke of Sussex. Prince Harry is making the trip by himself, sources have said”.
Other members of the Firm including Prince William, Prince Andrew and the Earl and Countess of Wessex are understood to have been flown to Aberdeen earlier in the day to visit the head of state.
It is understood Meghan will remain in London while the family will be in Scotland.
However, it’s believed she will not attend the Well Child Awards held in the capital this evening, which her and Harry had plans to.
