Prince Harry is reportedly scrambling to pull his memoir in a bid to get an invitation to King Charles’ coronation, royal author Angela Levin claimed. The Queen’s death has sparked speculations about what Harry could do with his bombshell tell-all memoir, which is believed to be highly damaging to the Royal Family. While some royal commentators claimed the book will never see the light of day, others said it might be already too late to edit or scrap the book.

Asked of the likelihood of Prince Harry scrapping the memoir, Royal biographer Angela Levin told Talk TV: “Maybe they’re desperate to go to the coronation.

“Maybe Meghan is desperate to wear one of the 40 Tiaras.

“Who knows?”

Ms Levin said: “They’ve got a new PR team and I think they’re trying to present them in a better way.”

“It’s tricky, isn’t it? I don’t feel sympathy whatsoever because if it was okay to write that when the Queen was alive, it’s nasty.

“It’s not suddenly okay if they take it down because the Queen is no longer with us.”

Prince Harry has signed a four-book deal with Penguin Random House worth £35million, with an advance of around £17.5million for the “wholly truthful” memoir.

The first book was originally planned to be on the shelves by Christmas but Harry has reportedly delayed the publication.

Royal biographer Tina Brown said the publication of the book could break his bonds with the Royal Family for good, prompting her to believe the book will “never see the light of the day.”

“They are now in this bind, where they’ve taken all this money and Harry has made this book deal where he’s supposed to spill everything about his horrible life as a royal, but now he’s actually tortured about it because he understands there is no way back if he does it,” she said, accordinf to The Daily Telegraph.

News of King Charles’ coronation scheduled for Saturday May 6 of next year could change Harry’s mind on his book and lead him to scrap it altogether.

The King will be crowed alongside his wife, Camilla, the Queen of Consort, in London’s Westminster Abbey in a ceremony conducted by the Archbishop of Canterbury, Justin Welby.

Buckingham Palace said the ceremony would “reflect the monarch’s role today and looks towards the future” while staying “rooted in long-standing traditions and pageantry”.
