Prince George birthday: Royal fans set for more Kate birthday snaps

The charming little fellow never fails to raise eyebrows with his cheeky antics and playfulness during royal engagements, which often land him at the centre of attention. Avid followers of the charming little prince are set to be treated to photos to mark George’s sixth birthday on Monday. The snaps will likely be taken by his mum, the Duchess of Cambridge, who is a keen photographer and enjoys showing off her talent on special occasions.

George, third-in-line to the throne, was born at St Mary’s Hospital in Paddington on July 22 2013.

His birth was celebrated across the Commonwealth and the future king was given the title of Prince George of Cambridge.

At the tender age of nine months, the Queen’s great-grandson embarked on his first royal tour with Prince William, 37, and Kate, 37.

During his three-week visit to New Zealand and Australia, the tot was described as the “star of the show” and thrilled well-wishers Down Under, who showered him with gifts.

George, who attends St Thomas’s in Battersea, will be joined at the private school in September by Charlotte, four.

He is currently on summer holidays and spending most of his time at his family’s Norfolk estate, Anmer Hall.

The Cambridges will likely celebrated George’s big day with a low-key party at Kensington Palace, surrounded by close family and friends.

Last week, George, Charlotte and 15-month-old Prince Louis were spotted enjoying a charity polo game alongside their mum and the Duchess of Sussex.

Baby Archie also made an appearance at the match, which William and Harry took part in.

Kate became the first member of the royal family to take official photographs of a royal baby when she snapped George cradling a newborn Princess Charlotte in 2015.

The following year, she released an adorable portrait of her eldest son beaming at the camera as he prepared to start nursery.

And in April of this year, the mother-of-three took photos of Prince Louis to celebrate his first birthday.
