Prince Charles and Prince William have been left to make the decisions over the future role of Prince Andrew, according to Ms Levin. The royal expert believes the Queen is unlikely to push for Prince Andrew to return to royal duties after the Duke agreed to an undisclosed out-of-court settlement with Virginia Guiffre in her civil sex claim against him.
Ms Levin told GB News: “Prince Charles has told him very very clearly that he has to become invisible and not be seen at any time anything to do with the Royals.
“He might disagree with him but I think he probably realises that the Queen relies very much on Prince Charles and Prince William to make these decisions now.
“So although I believe still that she told him to actually, you know, give in and sort it out, come to some sort of compromise.
“I don’t think she will fight very hard for him to come back and she’s always been very supportive of him, but he pushed the barrier too far.”

The out-of-court settlement in the lawsuit brought by Virginia Giuffre against Prince Andrew has been described as the “best possible outcome” for the Royal Family.”
Ms Giuffre had accused the Duke of York of sexually abusing her when she was a teenager and also being abused by the late financier Jeffrey Epstein.
Prince Andrew has consistently denied Giuffre’s accusations.
Royal expert Kinsey Schofield told GB News: “I think that truthfully this is probably the best possible outcome for the Royal Family brand.

“It protects them from some of the salacious things that could potentially come out in trial and I mean not so salacious things if a trial could really show us truly how close Prince Andrew and Jeffrey Epstein were which while that might not be necessarily Sara Lee gossipy or yucky sounding, it’s just that guilt by association feeling.
“So I do think that it was in the Royal Family’s best interest period to settle so that we don’t have to go through the process of a trial with a jury.
“On top of that. I don’t think that Prince Andrew is a very likeable character and he would find an American jury that would side with him.”

Lawyers for Giuffre and Andrew said the prince intends to make a substantial donation to Giuffre’s charity in support of victims’ rights.
The prince “never intended to malign Ms Giuffre’s character, and he accepts that she has suffered both as an established victim of abuse and as a result of unfair public attacks,” the filing said.
“Prince Andrew regrets his association with Epstein, and commends the bravery of Ms. Giuffre and other survivors in standing up for themselves and others,” the filing added.
“He pledges to demonstrate his regret for his association with Epstein by supporting the fight against the evils of sex trafficking, and by supporting its victims.”
