Police were alerted to Dobbies Garden Centre in Rougham Road after a suspected explosive device was discovered nearby. A bomb disposal team is now on the scene. 

The garden centre was evacuated while the team investigate. 

A Suffolk Police spokesman said a member of the public alerted them to the suspected unexploded ordnance at about 8am.
