Police looking for four women after trolley of toys worth £1,000 stolen

Four women are wanted for questioning after a trolley full of toys worth £1,000 was stolen from a supermarket.

CCTV images of the women have been released after the toys were reported missing from a branch of Tesco in Workshop, Nottinghamshire.

A number of suspects entered the store, in Gateford Road, before each placing items in a trolley.

They are all thought to have left without paying around 5pm on November 25 last year.

The CCTV was analysed by Nottinghamshire Police officers who released the images.

Police investigator Claire Celino said: ‘We urgently want to speak to these four women as our investigation continues into this theft.

‘If you know who they are, please get in touch with police.

‘The theft took place in a busy supermarket and I would also like to speak to anyone who witnessed the incident or has any other information which could help with our inquiries.’

Anyone with information is urged to call Nottinghamshire Police on 101, quoting incident number 532 of 25 November 2022.
