Palace panic as King Charles ‘loses control’ in just 29 hours
Omid Scobie discusses names being published in Dutch book
King Charles has “lost control in 29 hours” just 15 months in the job after Omid Scobie’s explosive book Endgame hit the shelves this week unleashing a series of bombshell claims about the Royal Family, a royal commentator has blasted.
Royal commentator Daniela Elser said while the monarch “energetically bangs the climate crisis drum in Dubai for Cop28, Buckingham Palace is under proverbial siege”.
Ms Elser took aim at the Firm’s approach and handling of the recent bombshells against them, including the “massive translation error or the most outrageous marketing campaign in history” when the names of two senior royals who allegedly had “concerns” over Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s son, Prince Archie’s skin colour were published in the Dutch version of the book.
She told news.com.au: “We have a royal family having been buffeted by a highly damaging crisis after years of damaging crises.”
Ms Elser branded the King’s strategy of ignoring the claims against the Family “not brave or stoic or dignified but plain old idiotic,” and urged him to reconsider his stance in order to not completely lose “the battle to sway younger Britons to the cause of the monarchy”.

The one royal Prince William fears is a ‘ticking time bomb’ after series of scandals
One royal looking to creep back into the public eye has been deemed a ‘ticking time bomb’ by Prince William, Omid Scobie revealed in his new book Endgame.
Prince Andrew is hopeful to one day ramp up his charitable efforts, and make his way back into the public eye, which Prince William finds “extraordinary”, according to the book.
Writing in his new book, Mr Scobie quotes a Kensington Palace source who said: “William finds this quite extraordinary. The man is a ticking time bomb!” King Charles has so far given no indication of a possible return to working duties for Prince Andrew.
Prince Harry told to ‘accept and let go’ plans to ever rejoin the Royal Family
Prince Harry has been advised to “move forward” and let go of past grievances, amidst hopes for a reconciliation with the Royal Family.
This comes in light of revelations from Omid Scobie’s new book ‘Endgame’, which details King Charles’ reaction to Harry’s controversial memoir ‘Spare’.
Spare was released earlier this year and caused a significant rift between Harry, Meghan Markle, and the rest of the Royal Family.
The book criticised several members of the family, including Queen Camilla, who Harry accused of leaking stories about him to the press. He also referred to Prince William as his “nemesis”.
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle compared to ‘C-List ex reality TV contestants’ after stunts
EXCLUSIVE: Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have been brutally compared to “C-List ex-reality TV contestants” as they went for a “wrecking ball approach” to get fame, an expert has said.
A PR expert said the Sussex brand had “little currency left in it” as their strategy “didn’t align with their status”.
GoUp’s PR expert Edward Coram-James commented on Harry and Meghan choosing to adopt a “Captain Chaos brand persona” and branded it “puzzling”.
He added they had gone from being treated like the “hybrid of Hollywood royalty and actual royalty that they are,” to being treated like “tabloid fodder
The one Prime Minister to deal King Charles a brutal slap down with savage comment
King Charles was once shut down by a Prime Minister after he questioned their policies, Omid Scobie reveals in Endgame.
In his latest self-proclaimed “investigation” into the current state of the British monarchy Mr Scobie publishes an extract from Sally Bedell Smith’s biography Prince Charles: The Passions and Paradoxes of an Improbable Life.
In the book, the author recounts a very particular incident in 1985 between the then Prince of Wales and an ex-prime minister.
