Meghan Markle’s ‘very close’ relationship with mother Doria CRUCIAL ahead of royal birth
Meghan Markle is expected to give birth to her and Prince Harry’s first child any day now. US model and designer, Chrissy Teigen, has claimed the Duke and Duchess of Sussex will be “amazing” parents. Ms Teigen also told AP Entertainment Meghan’s relationship with her mother was key, ahead of the birth.
She said: “I think her relationship with her mother says a lot, they are very close.
“You can tell her mother has been such an important part of her life for so, so long.
“They are still very close. My mum lives with us, so I can relate to all that.
“Meghan is going to be just fine. I think she has to deal with any kind of scrutiny well and it is a situation I don’t think anyone can imagine until you are in it”.

She added: “I feel they are going to be amazing.”
Royal expert, Nick Ede told Yahoo UK’s ‘The Royal Box’ that Meghan’s mother is “definitely in the UK” ahead of the baby’s arrival.
He said: “She’s definitely here, I know that I’ve been told that she’s here.”
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex announced they wanted to keep the plans around the birth of their first baby private.
Speculation has grown that the Duchess of Sussex could opt for a home birth, but Frimley Park Hospital in Surrey, favoured by the Countess of Wessex, and American-owned hospital The Portland, where Sarah Ferguson gave birth, has also been suggested.
Meghan is reportedly planning to “stay at home for as long as possible” once she goes into labour, but will be transferred to the hospital immediately in the event of complications.
A royal source said: “It won’t be long now. Meghan’s really excited. Of course, she’s nervous like any first-time mum but she and Harry can’t wait.
“The plan has never changed, Meghan has been very clear what she wants.
“She is taking medical advice daily and she and Harry are very flexible and will be guided by their team.
“When she goes into labour, she wants to remain at home for as long as possible but she’s in a situation where if something did go wrong and she had to be whisked to hospital, she would be.”
Ahead of the birth Meghan and Prince Harry moved into the newly-renovated Frogmore Cottage in Windsor.
