Meghan Markle wore ‘inappropriate’ outfit to basketball game

Meghan Markle’s incredible outfit on her latest date night with Prince Harry was able to “pop and create attention” – but may have been “inappropriate” for a basketball game, according to one expert.
Meghan was seen giggling in the stands of an NBA basketball game after a kisscam landed on her and Harry. The pair had a sweet moment as the Duke jokingly went in for a kiss.
The Duchess appeared to find the kiss cam amusing but declined to kiss in front of 20,000 basketball fans.
Meghan wore a pale pink Maxwell two-piece from STAUD, including a blazer with matching shorts worth £595 ($740).
But one fashion expert has said: “Meghan doesn’t seem to know what to wear to a basketball match”
Tavia Sharp is a New York stylist who has 15 years of experience dressing celebrities such as Drake, Ne-Yo and Chrissy Teigen.
In a recent interview with the US Sun, Tavia said that Meghan’s pink linen outfit would be “more suitable for a high-end polo match or a posh daytime event.”
She explained: “This didn’t suit a basketball game and was totally out of context.”
But Tavia also commented that Meghan’s outfit stood out, especially since she was in the audience with other fellow celebrities.

Tavia said: “Meghan also knew she’d have cameras on her and that she’d be in the VIP box.
“Like Kim, she would’ve been preparing to have her and Harry’s photos taken, but it just feels like what she wore was inappropriate.”
She added that when Beyonce attends basketball games, the singer will dress more “casually” and “laid back” but still “in high fashion brands.”
Tavia believed Meghan would have looked better if she had worn jeans as her outfit “feels too bright for a basketball game.”
She pointed out that other people sitting next to Meghan and Harry in the VIP box were “wearing navy and grey and tan-white, so the pink she chose did pop and create attention.”
Tavia added: “It didn’t flatter her shape and hung off her body when she was walking around in her heels.
“This was all so off the mark for Meghan and very strange.”
