Meghan Markle shares the £12 product she ‘cannot live without’

Meghan Markle has travelled all over the world and has acquired some expert tips along the way.

During her Suits days, the then-actress spoke to Allure about her ultimate travel must have.

The magazine asked: “Given your love of travel and how often you travel for work, what’s your best travel tip? What do you always bring with you?”

Meghan revealed that she is obsessed with one particular product – and it’s super cheap too.

She said: “I can tell you the most honest answer because I literally got off of a plane yesterday after a five-hour flight and I leave tomorrow to go to Toronto.

“The one thing that I cannot live without when I’m traveling is a small container of tea tree oil.”

She explained that while it is not the most “glamorous” product, it’s very effective when you have a cut, mosquito bite or small breakout – “no matter what it is, it’s my little cure-all”.

Meghan concluded: “It’s inexpensive, it’s small enough to carry on, and I bring it with me all the time.”

For those who want to travel like Meghan, a 10ml bottle of tea tree oil costs just £12.

The official description reads: “This purifying facial oil works with your skin so you can target blemishes and live beautifully confident every day.

“It’s brilliant for oil-slick skin that gets blemishes when it’s having a bit of a day. This bottle is little enough to fit inside your pocket, but you shouldn’t underestimate its power.

“Don’t be afraid to top up on the daily for clearer-looking skin. It’s a small but mighty oil, and only takes one or two drops.”

In another interview in 2016, Meghan spoke to Good Housekeeping about another travel tip that ensures she can fly in both style and comfort.

She said: “I love to travel and I travel so often, so for me I think what I’ve learnt is there’s certain things you can do that just make you look a bit more polished when you’re travelling.

“You can still dress really comfortably. I try to dress monochromatically, just like some really great, comfy trousers, simple top, a black blazer – something like that.” Of course, she ditches the heels for a pair of trainers.
