Meghan Markle set for ‘huge financial benefit’ if she writes tell-all memoir
Meghan Markle’s social media return discussed by expert
Meghan Markle could be set for “huge financial benefits” by writing a tell-all memoir on her life, according to a Royal Family expert.
The former actress has returned to the public spotlight over recent weeks following several months of seemingly keeping a low profile following the release of Prince Harry’s own memoir, Spare, in January.
That sparked a furious backlash from many after he made a number of bombshell claims against the Royal Family – with the likes of King Charles III, Prince William, Princess Kate and Queen Camilla in the firing line.
Meghan is now rumored to be on the verge of making a huge career move with Tom Bower, who penned ‘Revenge: Meghan and Harry and the war between the Windsors’, telling GB News: “My view is that she is writing her memoirs and it will be a huge money-spinner.”

Fellow royal expert Richard Fitzwilliams told Daily Express US any memoirs from Meghan would generate “huge sales” but warned it could be “very bad news for the British Royal Family” and any revelations would ensure “the rift remains or is widened”.
He said: “If this is true and it would also be a chance for Meghan to research her Nigerian ancestry, it is very bad news for the Royal Family.
“This would have huge sales which would be almost guaranteed and ensure the rift remains or is widened, if that is possible.
“The Sussexes deal with Random House was reported to be a four-book deal. However, if all they have to offer is material that involves attacks on the royal family, as this undoubtedly would, there is a limit to their appeal.
“In the short term, it would have huge financial benefits but, one has to ask, at what cost?”

Harry’s own memoir Spare was released around the world on January 10 and quickly became the fastest-selling non-fiction book of all time, shifting 1.43 million copies during its first day of sale in the UK, US, and Canada.
This smashed the record previously held by Barack Obama’s fourth book, A Promised Land, which sold 887,000 copies during its release day in 2020.
The Duke of Sussex has also been focused on his own Heart of Invictus documentary series, which was released on Netflix at the end of last month as part of the couple’s bumper, multi-year deal with the streaming giant.
In contrast, Meghan had kept a relatively low profile in 2023 but has been pictured more recently, including joining Harry for the Invictus Games in Germany an event he founded in 2014.
She has been tipped for a huge “relaunch” to reignite her career and brand – and a sensational return to social media could be imminent.
The former actress deactivated her personal Instagram account shortly after meeting Harry in the summer of 2016.
But seven years later, she has seemingly laid claim to the @meghan Instagram handle. No posts have been shared yet but despite this, the account already has nearly 130,000 followers – including close friend Mandana Dayani.
