Meghan Markle ‘humbled’ after being ‘brought down a peg’

Meghan Markle has been “humbled” by bombshell recent events, according an in-the-know photographer that makes a living taking pictures of the Duchess.

Jill Ishkanian, a superstar snapper, told Newsweek that “something’s changed” in the world of the former Suits actress and that it’s plain for all to see – or at least for those who know what to look for.

Ms Ishkanian told the publication, having pictured Meghan at a farmers’ market: “This would be the fourth time [photographing Meghan] since 2021 and I had a different vibe from her this time”.

“When you do this kind of work you become very intuitive.”

“The way she looked at me, it was just different than the other times. She just seemed like she’d been humbled a bit or brought down a peg a bit.”

Perhaps Meghan’s less than-glowing aura is reflective of her slew of recent public flops.

Archetypes – the podcast series commissioned by Spotify – has fallen dramatically down the charts and the deal between the Sussexes and the corporation is now dead.

Meanwhile, Prince Harry’s book Spare has seen the couple globally ridiculed.

Even Harry and Meghan’s Netflix documentary, which performed well, did not reach the lofty heights that they would have expected.

It’s in this context, that Meghan’s negative “vibe” must be viewed.

Prince Harry humiliated as his memoir Spare emerges as ‘most discarded’ book of the summer

Prince Harry released his controversial memoir Spare just six months ago but people are already ditching the book, as holiday hotspots are overflowing with abandoned copies.

The book was an instant bestseller, surging to the top of Amazon’s book list after more than 1.4 million copies were sold on its first day, but interest in it doesn’t appear to have lasted.

Hotels and resorts across Spain, Turkey and Green have been inundated with copies of the memoir, as holidaymakers have been spotted leaving the book poolside, shelving it in receptions and rooms or even tossing it into beachside bins.
