Meghan Markle baby: Fans told to wait ‘couple of days’ before seeing Royal Baby pictures

Royal fans will have to remain patient and wait “at least a couple of days” before seeing a picture of the Royal Baby, claimed a correspondent. However, Rhiannon Mills said the public will find out when Meghan is in labour and when the baby has arrived. The Sky News Royal correspondent said: “They will tell us when Meghan’s in labour and when the baby has arrived. But prepare to wait at least a couple of days to see those all important first pictures of their baby boy or girl.”

Recollecting on her previous Royal Baby coverage, Ms Mills said: “There really is nothing quite like covering the arrival of a Royal Baby. All the TV networks and reporters scrambling into the media pens, photographers crashing about with their ladders.

“And the royal fans always ready with their banners and balloons, whether it’s going to be a boy or a girl.

“With William and Kate’s children the comings and goings from the Lindo Wing door at least gave us something to talk about as we waited to hear if their baby had been born.

“And every time it has been more than worth the wait with George, Charlotte and Louis all making their first public appearances on the hospital steps.

“This time with Harry and Meghan it is going to be completely different. They want to keep things much more private, giving us no hospital stand outside, no big media photo call when their little one finally arrives.”

The comments come as royal fans are getting increasingly convinced Baby Sussex is already among us as they find more new clues signalling this may be a possibility by the day.

Meghan and Harry fuelled the frenzy after announcing they would keep details of the birth private.

The announcement Prince Harry will be abroad between May 8 and 9, despite his firstborn’s arrival still not announced, has sent royal fans starving for news regarding the royal baby into a frenzy.

One wrote on Twitter: “Harry has been smiling like the little kid who knows a big secret.”

Another wrote: “I’m starting to believe the baby is already here.”

A royal aide further fuelled speculation, who explained the trip has been announced last minute out of fear Harry could not participate.

They said: “He had always planned to go but with the birth of his child due it was not announced in advance in case he was no longer able to attend. He is pleased he is able to attend.”

Royal fans started to believe Meghan has already delivered Baby Sussex after the Queen paid a surprise visit to Meghan and Harry at their new home, Frogmore Cottage, in late April, officially to “formally welcome” the couple to Windsor.

A source told The Sun: “Her Majesty wanted to formally welcome the Sussexes to their new home so she was their first visitor.

“After all, they’ve practically moved into her back garden.”

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex announced in April they wanted to “keep the plans around the arrival of their baby private” and they would have introduced their firstborn to the world in due time, after having “celebrated privately as a new family”.

Meanwhile, the name Allegra has quickly become one of bookmakers’ favourite in the past weeks, according to betting website William Hill.

Company’s spokesman Rupert Adams said: “The big news right now is all about Allegra.

“Allegra was 100 to 1 just two days ago, suddenly it’s in at 12/1.”
