Brooklyn Beckham, 21, announced his engagement to American model Nicola Peltz, 25, at the start of the month and the couple are expected to host a star-studded wedding next year. The groom’s parents, Victoria and David Beckham, are understood to be keen for Meghan Markle and Prince Harry to attend their eldest son’s special day.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are understood to be good friends with the Beckhams and Meghan worn outfits designed by Victoria.

Most recently the Duchess wore a stunning bright blue dress in one of her final appearances as a senior royal in March.

Victoria and David also attended Meghan and Harry’s royal wedding at Windsor Castle in May 2018.

Now it appears the pair are keen to return the favour and ensure they attend their son Brooklyn’s wedding.

Victoria and David are thought to want Save the Date notices to be sent out as soon as possible, to ensure Meghan and Harry are able to fit the event around their busy schedules, The Sun reports.

An insider told the publication: “Brooklyn’s wedding will be one of the most star-studded weddings of all time thanks to his parents’ connections.

“Prince Harry and Meghan are top of the pile as David and Victoria are good friends with them and know their attendance would make the day even more special.

“Their schedules are so hectic that David and Victoria want to get their invitations out as quickly as possible.

“Brooklyn’s godfather, Sir Elton John, is also a good pal of Harry and Meghan’s and Victoria and David hope his presence will also encourage them to take a pew.

“It’s going to be a real ‘who’s who’ of weddings — packed with famous faces.”

Sir Elton performed four songs at Meghan and Harry’s wedding two years ago, and the couple are believed to be living near the British singer in LA.

The Rocketman singer also hosted the Sussexes at his home in Nice, France last year.

A number of other high profile guests will likely attend Brooklyn’s wedding to Nicola.

Brooklyn proposed to his beau after a whirlwind nine-month romance, and presented her with a stunning £350,000 ring.

He has shared several images of the intimate event on his Instagram, including a shot of Nicola hugging her father Nelson Pelzt, 78, after they shared the news.

Another picture shows the couple kissing passionately.

The pair are expected to wed next year, though the date has not yet been set.

Brooklyn’s brothers, Romeo, 17, and Cruz, 15, are expected to be groomsmen.

Sister Harper, nine, is likely to be one of Nicola’s bridesmaids.
