Biographer Angela Levin explained that she believes Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have a very good life on paper with an expensive house, good income and growing family that they should be very happy about. But Ms Levin argued the Duke and Duchess of Sussex continue to complain and treat the Royal Family with contempt despite things working out for the couple. The royal commentator exclaimed “why grumble?” when life for Harry and Meghan was far better than many in the world who are suffering.

Biographer Angela Levin appeared on talkRADIO and discussed how Prince Harry and Meghan were still complaining despite winning a lot from their deals.

She said: “They didn’t want to be members of the Royal Family but they would like to occasionally pop in and carry on with the patronages, the charities they support.

“And the Queen said well you can’t do this but let me give you a year and was very grandmotherly Queen.

“It was extraordinary that she would allow them to use their titles, but not HRH, for a year and they always had the right to come back straight away if they wanted to and they were much loved.

“Although she’d been quite insulted, in my view, she behaved with her normal dignity.

“So here we have them both in a grand house with 16 bathrooms and apparently an avalanche of work to be done.

“They’ve got Netflix they’ve got Spotify they’ve got books to write they’ve got these two huge jobs that Harry’s got and he seems to be going to rake in millions.

“Meghan seems to be moving towards a political career and so you’d think, in their terms, they were very happy, very successful.

“And on a personal level, they had little Archie who is nearly two and another baby on the way.

“So why grumble, but they’re still grousing, what they wanted was their freedom was the ability to earn their own money and privacy.

“Well they’ve ditched two and they’ve managed one but they’re still complaining that Prince Charles isn’t giving Harry any money aged 36.”

Prince Harry has been recently employed by mental health coaching company BetterUp as a “Chief Impact Officer”.

The deal – predicted to be worth millions – will have the royal acting as a spokesperson for the company but will not manage employees directly, it is believed.

Prince Harry has also secured several contracts with Spotify and Netflix to produce content for their platforms.

However, the Duke of Sussex revealed during his interview with Oprah Winfrey that he was financially cut off from the Royal Family at the beginning of 2020 when he decided to leave.

He explained he was only left with his multi-million inheritance from Princess Diana and was forced to generate an income.
