Meghan Markle and Prince Harry to perform yoga TOGETHER during royal birth

Meghan Markle, 37, is due to give birth to her first child later this month and she is already said to be practicing natural birthing methods, including yoga labour coping techniques. But now it has been claimed Prince Harry, 34, could join Meghan in performing yoga when she goes into labour. Royal historian Kate Williams has said Harry is likely to play it cool during the birth, adding: “He’ll be there doing yoga moves with Meghan.”

It has already been revealed that Harry has become a yoga lover, regularly practising yoga and meditation thanks to Meghan.

A friend close to Harry said: “We never thought Harry would be raving about yoga, but he loves it.

“He looks great, he’s lost weight, he’s super healthy, and I think he’s really happy.”

According to plans for Frogmore Cottage, their new home in Windsor, the couple plan to have a yoga studio built.

The former Suits actress is a huge yoga fan and enjoys vinyasa and hot yoga.

She has continued her routine during the pregnancy and a royal insider revealed last month that she is planning to utilise the therapeutic practice when she gives birth.

A source told new! magazine: “Meghan is determined it will be a totally natural experience and she’s insisting absolutely no pain relief.

“She’s practising a series of yoga labour coping techniques that mainly focus around breathing patterns and also chanting in rhythm to overcome pain.”

Prince Harry will also be tasked with carrying out a royal traditional immediately after Meghan gives birth to the royal baby, who will be seventh in line to the throne.

As soon as the royal baby is born Harry must directly inform his grandmother, Queen Elizabeth II, of the sex of the newborn.

As head of the family, the Queen is required to be the first to know of any Royal Family news, so she must be informed before anyone else.

This is a longstanding protocol based on respect for the hierarchy, according to Ms Williams.

Ms Williams said: ”What normally happens is that there is an encrypted phone that cannot be tapped and he will tell her whether it’s a girl or boy.”

The Duke and Duchess will then get some precious private time with the baby before an official statement is to be issued to the public.

This royal protocol was also followed by Prince William when Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis were born.

It has also been suggested that Meghan will not make a public appearance with the baby hours after the birth, unlike sister-in-law Kate who posted for photographs outside hospital following the births of her three children.
