On the comedy quiz show, Mr Reynolds took the opportunity to poke fun at the royal question. Mr Scott is the host of the show Don’t which contained a question about the Duke and Duchess of Sussex.
On the show Mr Scott asked a contestant: “Meghan Markle went from Suits to crowns after she married into the Royal Family.
“Before she resigned, what was her official title?”
The host gave multiple options to answer – A. Countess of Cambridge, B. Duchess of Wessex, C. Duchess of Cornwall, or D. Duchess of Sussex.
But Mr Reynolds jumped in with a joke and said: “Or E. we taped this show seven months ago.”
The show’s contestant then got the answer wrong believing Meghan Markle was the Duchess of Cornwall when she is actually the Duchess of Sussex.
Mr Reynolds is a Canadian-American actor who is most notable for staring as the superhero in the Deadpool films.
Mr Scott is also an American actor and a comedian who has featured in many US comedy films including Step Brothers.
Mr Reynolds has previously joked about the royal couple.
In January, Mr Reynolds reacted to comments the Sussexes would “inject some razzle dazzle to the sprawling, bone-chillingly cold country”.
Taking to Twitter, Mr Reynolds wrote: “Nobody injects razzle dazzle anymore.
“Particularly in Canada, where they drink it.”
This came when the Sussexes announced their plans to step down as senior royals.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex originally said they would split their time between the UK and North America.
But shortly before the coronavirus lockdown was introduced, the couple moved to Los Angeles.
They are now living in Tyler Perry’s $18million mansion.
The house is located in an exclusive gated community called the Beverly Ridge Estate.
Mr Perry’s Tuscan-style mansion boasts eight-bedrooms, 12-bathrooms and sits on 22 acres of land.
The Sussexes are staying in LA with their son Archie.
In May a source told the Daily Mail: “Meghan and Harry have been extremely cautious to keep their base in LA under wraps.
“Their team helped them choose the location for their transition to Los Angeles wisely.
“Beverly Ridge has its own guarded gate and Tyler’s property has a gate of its own which is watched by their security team.”
The source added: “Beverly Ridge is an excellent place to keep out of view.
“The neighbours are mostly old money and mega rich business types rather than show business gossips.
“It goes without saying that the location is stunning – just one of the most beautiful and desirable areas in LA.”
