The Queen reportedly wants William and Harry to rise above any problems.

“Remembrance Day is an especially poignant event for all of the members of the royal family, but especially for Prince Harry who served in Afghanistan.

“There is a general sense of hope that this day will put things in perspective and allow senior family members time to reflect on what the important things in life really are.”

Both Meghan and Harry and recent days have appeared to be struggling with media scrutiny and reports of an alleged rift

When asked about media reports of a rift between Harry and his older brother, William, Harry said on the ITV documentary they have “good days and bad days”.

He added “inevitably, stuff happens” because “this family being under the pressure that it’s under.”

But he continued: “We are brothers. We will always be brothers.

“We are certainly on different paths at the moment but I will always be there for him as I know he will always be there for me.”

Prince Harry appeared “unnecessarily subdued” as he attended an event at Windsor Castle with Meghan Markle last week, a body language expert has claimed.

Meghan took the lead and body language expert Judi James noted Harry looked worried and slimmer than usual.

She told The Sun: “Harry looks unnecessarily subdued, suggesting he might still be coping with the emotionally vulnerable side he revealed to the world during the trip to South Africa.”

Ms James believes Harry was “feeling rather vulnerable” as he arrived with Meghan for meeting of The Queen’s Commonwealth Trust and One Young World at the castle.

Meghan Markle also revealed her struggle in the explosive ITV documentary.

The Duchess of Sussex detailed how she had “really tried to adopt the British sensibility of a stiff upper lip” but that the media and public scrutiny did not make it easy while a new mum.

Meghan fought back tears as she said: “I would say…look any woman, especially when they are pregnant, you are really vulnerable and so that was made really challenging.

“And then when you have a newborn, you know? And especially as a woman it’s really, it’s really a lot.

“So you add this on top of just trying to be a new mum or trying to be a newlywed it’s…”

When asked whether she was not ok and struggling, the Duchess appearing emotional simply said ”yes”.

During the interview, Meghan admitted she never thought it would be easy marrying into the Royal Family, but the scrutiny has been really hard.

The Duchess said: “You’ve got to thrive, you’ve got to feel happy. And I think I really tried to adopt the British sensibility of a stiff upper lip.

“I’ve tried but I think that what that does internally is probably really damaging.

“I never thought this would be easy. But I thought it would be fair and that’s the part that’s really hard to reconcile.

“But I do just take each day as it comes.”
